WHAT IS THE VENUE CAPACITY
We can accommodate 100 guests at our venue, but can host up to 300 on property with additional fees and rentals
DO YOU ALLOW ON-SITE TOURS?
Yes, we would love to have you come by and view our space in person. Please reach out to schedule a time!
DO YOU HAVE VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS?
Yes, we work with some amazing vendors in the area that we would love to connect you with for your wedding day!
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE VENUE?
We provide a 13 hour rental (10am - 11pm)
IS THERE A PLACE TO GET READY ONSITE?
Yes, we have a newly renovated Bridal Suite for our couples to get ready in
ARE THERE LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS NEARBY?
Yes we have a 4-bedroom house available on the property for a separate rental fee - view here!
IS THE RIVER PLACE PET FRIENDLY?
Yes we do allow dogs onsite for the ceremony and photos. However they must be kept on a leash at all times
HOW DO YOU RESERVE A DATE?
To reserve a date, we take a 50% deposit and a signed contract with us!
WHAT ARE YOUR RULES FOR ALCOHOL?
We allow you to bring in your own alcohol, but you have to work with our preferred bartending company for all the service
WHAT TABLES + CHAIRS ARE INCLUDED?
4 - 6ft Farmhouse Tables, 10 round tables, 100 X-back reception Chairs, 100 ceremony brown garden chairs
DO YOU REQUIRE EVENT INSURANCE?
Yes! We require 1,000,000 in liability coverage and for the River Place to be added as an additional insured. The cost is typically around $150
DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
No confetti, loose glitter or fireworks are permitted onsite
DO YOU OFFER HOURLY RENTALS
We do! We often host rehearsal dinners in this space and can offer an hourly rental fee for that.
